Lady Grey Photography

We are hoping to do some fun themed photo sessions over this next year of Lorelai. We started with Alice in Wonderland, which matches her nursery theme (Alice in Wonderland). We love have sleepy she was for these photos (and only wish she slept this way at night!) 

If you haven't seen already, we are on maternity leave right now due to the birth of our daughter, Lorelai. We are experiencing the highs and lows of becoming parents...but taking photos of her is certainly a high! These were taken when she was just 4 days old. I can't say she sleeps like this all the time (no way!) but she did such a great job at her first session! 

We learned quite a bit about hospital sessions this last week...as we were in the hospital ourselves with our little girl! First, I cannot believe how you moms are ready for photos so soon...I'm amazed!  You all look so put together, whereas I felt I was hanging on just barely for these :) We tried to take a few photos at the hospital, as I know how special it is and it is time that you will never have again with your newborn.  Meet Lorelai Isabelle our newest member of our family! 

I stinking love this little girl...and her big smile! There is something so fun at 4 months old, where kids are still such babies, but that they now are able to smile...a lot! We did a Christmas mini session for Avi and a few to just capture her at 4 months. What a precious little girl! 

The M family added a new little someone to the family last month...and what a perfect time for capturing updated family photos! I loved seeing how big brother liked to "tickle" his little sister!! And he did SUCH a good job holding her (with mom very close and helping out!) What a perfect early Christmas gift for the M Family!
